Want to learn basic latte art patterns with perfect microfoam?
What will you learn?
During our Latte Art workshop, you will learn how to steam milk to microfoam and texture it to start pouring drawings.
We teach you to pour different patterns, starting with the basic heart motif, the tulip pattern and if you can animal drawings.
The techniques of free pour and etching will be covered. We use full-fat cow’s milk and plant-based milk.
LATTE ART (basic & advanced)
Looking to learn the basics of latte art or refine your skills? Then we’ve got you covered! Our Latte Art workshop can be booked according to your level: basic or advanced. Classic cow’s milk and plant-based milk are available to use.
Basic level: We teach you how to stretch and texture milk into glossy microfoam. Learn how to pour basic patterns by free pour - and etching techniques.
Advanced level: You know how to stretch milk to microfoam and can pour the classic patterns: heart, tulip & rosetta. Then you’re ready to up your game and learn the swan, slowzetta, inverted tulip, animal designs and more!

This workshop is for (home) baristas & coffee lovers who have experience with espresso techniques and would like to learn about microfoam and latte art patterns. If you’ve been trying out Latte Art or you are completely new to the game, all welcome!

We advise booking or hospitality barista training for professional baristas, with an additional focus on workflow and the different slow coffee methods.

We use full-fat cow's milk and plant-based milk during our Latte Art workshops and teach free pour and etching techniques. It’s highly recommended that you know about espresso preparation before joining this workshop since espresso is the basis of milk-based coffee drinks. Please book the Latte Art workshop according to your level: basic or advanced. This way you get the most out of your workshop!
